Handling Charge
All orders are subject to a $2.99 handling charge which is automatically added to the shipping charge during checkout.

Oversize Items:
Goalie Leg Pads, multiple sticks (more than 4) and multiple pucks (more than 6), Goals, Wet Gear Racks and some large bags are subject to additional shipping costs.

Standard Shipping:
Orders received by 3:30PM EST will be shipped the same day (monday through friday). Allow 5-7 business days for delivery for standard shipping.

2nd Day Shipping:
Orders received by 3:30PM EST will ship same day and arrive in 2 business days (monday - friday).

Overnight Shipping:
Orders received by 3:30PM EST will ship the same day and arrive the next business day. There is an additional $10 charge for saturday delivery.

Armed Forces Customers (AA, AE, AP Addresses)
We will gladly ship to APO, FPO addresses. All packages will ship US Postal Service Priority Mail and a shipping quote will be provided upon receipt of your order.

Canadian Orders
We will gladly ship to Canada. All packages will ship USPS Priority Mail and a shipping quote will be provided upon receipt of your order. All duties, taxes or brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer. Any chargebacks incurred by Philbricks Sports as a result of an international order will be charged back to the customer. Every attempt will be made to contact customers via the contact information provided with each order however, if contact is not made within two weeks of our receipt of a chargeback on your order, the chargeback will processed with the credit information provided. Your receipt of your order indicates your understanding and your acceptance of these terms.

Returns:
If you need to return an item for any reason, please call for a return authorization number. No shipments will be accepted without this number. Your return must be received within 30 days of your invoice date. Absolutely no returns will be accepted after 30 days for any reason.
- Used items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
- Freight is the responsibility of the customer for returns of any reason.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Typographical Errors: Every effort has been made to be sure colors, images, descriptions and prices are accurate however, all errors are subject to correction.
