A brief history
Philbrick’s Sports is located in Dover, New Hampshire. In business since 1983, Philbrick’s Sports started out as a hockey retailer offering equipment to the local area with a focus on value and customer service. As the store grew, Philbrick’s began getting into skiing, snowboarding, cycling and more. The hockey business remained at the core of Philbrick’s and we grew to be the largest hockey retailer in northern New England.

Our mail-order experience
In 1993 Philbrick’s Sports branched out into catalog retailing. Our extensive line of hockey products was offered to the U.S. and Canada via printed catalog mailings. Our focus remained on value and customer service and the mail order business proved to be very successful over the years with numerous catalogs printed and thousands of satisfied customers. In 1999, Philbrick’s sold the hockey mail order division to focus more on the retail side of the business.
